Noodles, Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    6 c. chicken broth (canned)
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. wide egg noodles
    2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
    6 c. milk
    1 lb. American cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion.
    Add broth and boil.
    Add noodles and salt. Continue to boil, uncovered, for 3 minutes.
    Stir in broccoli and garlic.
    Cook 4 more minutes.
    Add cubed cheese and scalded milk and cook until cheese melts.
    But do not let boil.
