Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. nonfat milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. brandy flavoring
    4 egg whites
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, sugar and salt.
    Stir in 2 cups of milk.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture coats a spoon.
    Remove from heat; add remaining milk.
    Stir in vanilla and brandy flavoring.
    Cover and chill.
    To serve, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
    Carefully fold yolk mixture into beaten egg whites. Serve in cups, sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Makes 14 (4-ounce) servings.
