Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 lb. potatoes
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    Cool slightly, peel and cube.
    Mix onion, lemon juice, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Toss with hot potatoes; chill.
    Stir in celery and mayonnaise.
    You may need more or less mayonnaise according to your taste and the potatoes.
