Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) box American cheese, cut into small cubes
    1 large onion, diced
    2 large tomatoes, diced
    4 small cans Ortega chopped green chilies
    6 Tbsp. hot picante sauce or to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In
    heavy
    saucepan
    melt
    cheese
    cubes and water over medium heat.
    Stir
    occasionally
    until
    cheese is melted and creamy. Add
    onion
    and let cook about 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes
    and green chilies and let cook another 10 minutes.
    Add picante sauce and salt last.
    (If cheese is too thin, let cook a little longer but stir during this time so it won't stick.)
