Pepperoni Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen bread dough
    pepperoni, sliced
    Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Thaw bread dough in refrigerator.
    Do not let loaves rise. Roll dough on floured surface to 1/2 inch thick.
    Spread on pepperoni slices and cheese.
    Roll like a jelly roll.
    Moisten end of dough to seal.
    Cut in slices (3/4 to 1 inch thick) and place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
