Block'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. diced, cooked chicken
    2 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. steak sauce
    drop of hot pepper sauce
    2/3 c. prepared white sauce
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine chicken and celery in a large bowl.
    In another bowl, stir together grated onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire steak sauce, hot sauce and white sauce.
    Stir in mayonnaise; stir to combine.
    Mix mayonnaise mixture with chicken and celery, stirring to thoroughly coat.
    Cover; refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
