Sour Cream Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. sour cream
1 c. molasses
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 egg, or substitute, beaten slightly
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add sour cream and molasses and beaten egg.
Bake in 9-inch square pan for about 40 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
Serve warm.
