Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter, creamed
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
2 c. ground oatmeal
2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend together all ingredients.
Dip with a teaspoon on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for a few minutes.
