*Lazy Squash Pispalita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen butternut squash or 2 1/2 c. fresh squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 c. fine cornmeal, divided
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine defrosted cooked butternut squash with the melted butter, salt and sugar.
