Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Sift flour, sugar and soda.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast to buttermilk.
    Mix, roll and cut.
    Bake in greased pan at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
