Alleene'S Raisin Egg Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vinegar
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Pour hot water over raisins to fill cup; let set while you prepare the other ingredients.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together.
Beat egg yolks until lemony.
Add sugar mixture, then raisins, then vinegar.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Add to first mixture and fold in.
Pour into unbaked crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0; bake an additional 45 to 60 minutes in all or until custard is set.
