Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast or 4 lb. rump roast
    1/2 stock celery, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3/4 bottle ketchup (14 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Pour over roast.
    Cover and bake 6 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Remove beef from pan.
    Shred with 2 forks.
    Return meat to sauce.
    Makes about 20 sandwiches.
    Serve on semi-hard rolls.
