Old Country Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    1 tsp. butter
    6 slices bacon
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Bake a single crust pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Melt butter and set aside. Fry bacon crisp.
