Swedish Meat Balls(Svenska Kottbullar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onions
    3 tsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter; soak the bread crumbs in the cream with the egg.
    Combine spices, sugar, meat and onions and mix. Shape into small round balls and brown.
    Keep warm.
