Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes, boiled
    1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple or 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Mash cooked sweet potatoes.
    Add butter.
    Stir until melted and blended.
    Add pineapple, if used, or brown sugar and pecans. Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with marshmallows.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until marshmallows melt and are lightly browned.
    Serves 8.
