Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 c. cooked Minute rice
    1/2 c. grated onions
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
    1 (16 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Make into 1-inch balls. Fry in skillet, using a small amount of oil.
    Remove when done. Place balls in crock-pot or large pot on low heat.
    Add barbecue sauce and preserves.
    Let simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, to keep from sticking.
