Sea Legs Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sea legs, defrosted (combo crab and fish)
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
1/4 small onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
3 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix ingredients; add pepper to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
