Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    2 egg yolks
    8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 onion, chopped and sauteed in butter
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 drops Tabasco
    black pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together mayonnaise, egg, egg yolks and spices.
    Layer in pie crust in the following order:
    both cheeses, chopped tomato, onion, mayonnaise mixture.
    Dot top with butter.
    Add Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
