Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli, chop stems and tops and cut into bite-size flowerets
    2/3 c. raisins, plumped
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    10 slices microwaved bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into flowerets and dry in salad spinner.
    Put raisins in water to cover; place in microwave.
    Cook raisins on High for 1 minute.
    When plumped, drain.
    Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over the broccoli, raisins and onion. Add small amount (half) of bacon.
    Sprinkle rest of bacon on top.
