Porcupines(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced celery
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix thoroughly meat, rice, milk, egg, onion, celery and seasonings.
Shape mixture into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls.
Place in one layer in casserole dish.
Mix together the tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meat balls.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Good served with vegetable lasagne or cheese lasagne, packaged or homemade.
