Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
    1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed until creamy.
    Beat 1 egg into creamed mixture.
    Combine flour, salt and baking soda; add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
    Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough, 3 inches apart, onto an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes, then cool on rack.
