Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced potatoes
    1 sliced carrot
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    chopped parsley
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Put potatoes, carrot, celery, onion, salt, pepper and milk in kettle with 1 1/2 cups of water.
    Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Mash vegetables slightly into liquid.
    Add milk and margarine and heat.
    Add pepper and parsley.
