Banana Nut Bread(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe bananas, mashed
    24 tsp. artificial granulated sweetener
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mash bananas in medium bowl.
    Sprinkle sweetener over bananas. Blend in eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in nuts, if used. Blend well, but do not overmix.
    Pour into lightly greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes. Remove from pan when cool.
