Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt, milk, corn syrup and butter in saucepan. Place over low heat and stir until mixture begins to boil.
    Cook to soft stage (about 8 minutes).
    Remove from heat and cool a few minutes without stirring.
    Add vanilla and peanut butter.
    Beat until fudge loses its gloss.
    Pour into buttered pan.
    Slice when cool.
