Day Before Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked ham, cubed
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 c. milk
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 small jar mushrooms, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large casserole dish and mix well. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil; sprinkle with paprika and brown top. Cooked chicken, turkey or tuna can be substituted for ham in this recipe.
