Pasta With Fresh Tomatoes And Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh, ripe tomatoes (5 to 6 medium size)
    3 Tbsp. fresh basil
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. fresh mint
    1 Tbsp. fresh sage
    1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
    fresh ground black pepper
    1 lb. pasta noodles
Preparation
    Fresh summer tomatoes and a variety of raw herbs make this fragrant dish tasty, beautifully presented, yet simple to prepare. The secret to this dish is absolutely fresh ingredients.
    The tomatoes and herbs are never cooked, they are splashed with hot olive oil.
    Any firm pasta may be used; we especially like large rigatoni (tubes), fusilli (bow tie) or spaghetti noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Excellent served as cold leftovers.
