Carlos' Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 sliced tomato
    2 Tbsp. curry
    1/2 box white raisins
    1 can beer
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 lb. rice
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic, tomato and raisins to soften.
    Add beer to rice so the level before cooking is about 1/2 inch above the rice.
    Add all the rest of the ingredients; cook until all the beer is absorbed.
    Serves 8 to 10.
