Squash Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    salt
    cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. shredded mild cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Slice squash and boil until just tender.
    Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and mix.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
