Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork cutlet
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
8 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce

Preparation

Lightly brown pork (cut up) in oil.
Mix cornstarch and pineapple juice from can.
Put pork aside.
Put juice in skillet. Add brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple chunks.
Stir until thick (low heat).
Add pork, turn up heat and bring to a boil.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add tomato chunks last few minutes.
