Chicken Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    4 carrots, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    4 potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish.
    Place chicken breasts on bottom.
    Add potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, celery, onions and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender. To brown chicken, remove it carefully and place on top of vegetables and leave lid off.
