Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 large onion
    1 large can tomatoes
    3 bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. rosemary to start
    4 oz. olive oil
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 can tomato paste
    3 buds garlic
    2 lb. roast or ground beef
    1/2 tsp. thyme to start
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in pot with oleo and olive oil. Brown meat also.
    If using roast, stick garlic buds in it.
    Cut fat off roast and wash off.
    Add other ingredients and cook slowly for several hours until meat (if using roast) falls apart.
