Two-Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large green pepper, chopped (about 1 c.)
    1 large onion, chopped (about 1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 (about 15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (about 15 oz.) can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
    sour cream, sliced green onions and shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In 6-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder and pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are tender, stirring to separate meat.
    Spoon off fat. Add tomato juice, kidney beans and Great Northern beans.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce to low.
    Cover; cook 20 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
    Top with sour cream.
    Sprinkle with green onions and cheese.
