Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbsp. dry yeast
1 tsp. molasses
1 c. warm water
2 c. hot boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. molasses
6 c. flour
Preparation

Mix dry yeast, 1 teaspoon molasses and 1 cup warm water.
Let rise.
Mix 2 cups boiling water, oatmeal, 1/2 cup molasses and egg.
Set aside to cool while top mixture is rising.
Mix the two together, then add 5 cups flour; let rise.
Use 1 cup flour to knead in the dough.
Make into rolls or loaves.
Let rise again until just over your pan.
Cook for 35 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
