Applesauce Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. spice cake mix
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (15 oz.) jar applesauce

Preparation

Pour oil into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Tilt pan until bottom is covered with oil.
Put remaining ingredients in pan; stir with fork or spoon until well blended.
Scrape bottom and sides of pan and spread batter evenly.
One-half cup each of raisins and chopped nuts may be added.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Follow package directions for doneness.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
Makes 16 or more servings.
