Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 c. cooked, cooled rice (use long grain in bag)
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 jar maraschino cherries, cut in small pieces
    1 small carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Stir cheese, then add first 4 ingredients.
    Stir and add next 3 ingredients.
