Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pinto beans or 2 cans Luck's pinto beans
    6 cornbread muffins
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 chopped green onions
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    1 small jar real bacon bits
    sour cream
Preparation
    Wash and core whole mushrooms; lay flat on baking pan. Sprinkle mushrooms with garlic.
    Fill with Romano cheese.
    Place a pat of real butter on each mushroom.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
