Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 thin slices veal (cut from 1 veal round steak)
6 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
3 medium onions, sliced thin
1 clove garlic, minced
2 bouillon cubes
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Dust veal with flour.
Melt butter in pan.
Add onions and garlic and cook until yellow.
Add bouillon cubes and dissolve. Add mustard and paprika.
Stir and pour into a bowl.
Melt the other 4 tablespoons butter in frypan.
Fry meat on both sides. Pour onion mixture over it and cook 30 minutes over low heat. Stir in cream and bring to a boil.
Serve immediately over buttered parsley noodles.
