Sue'S Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    9 oz. lasagne noodles
    2 to 3 green onions
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in lightly salted skillet.
    Mix the garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and sauce; add to meat.
    Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes.
    Slightly undercook the noodles.
    Mix thinly sliced onions, cream cheese and sour cream.
    Put 1/3 of the noodles (drained) in greased baking dish.
    Spread with 1/3 of cheese mix and 1/3 of meat mix.
    Repeat twice more.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
