Baked Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
4 tsp. flour
2 lb. fish, cut into slices
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. grated onion
3 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation

Line dish
with
foil; pour in the milk and flour.
Lay in the salmon
steaks.
Add
the seasoning, then dot the fish with butter and grated cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
