Glorified Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. diced cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1 c. croutons
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut cabbage coarse and boil in salted water for 8 minutes; drain.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and blend. Gradually add milk and stir in cheese.
    Stir until thick and smooth.
    Spray casserole with Pam.
    Alternate cabbage and sauce in casserole.
    Top with croutons and bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
