Breast Of Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
1/2 c. Holland House white or Marsala cooking wine
4 Tbsp. sweet butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation

Mix flour with pepper and paprika and lightly dust the chicken breasts.
Melt butter in hot skillet; saute chicken gently over low heat, until golden on both sides and juices run clear.
Remove to a platter and keep warm in a 200\u00b0 oven.
