Crunchy Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size baking potatoes
    6 slices bacon
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 or 3 tsp. yogurt
    2 drops hot pepper sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    sprigs of watercress to garnish
    2 small avocados
    2 to 3 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes and prick all over with a fork.
    Bake in preheated oven 1 hour, until just tender.
    Remove potatoes from oven and increase heat to 425\u00b0.
