Sweet And Sour Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium carrots, bias slice in 1-inch pieces
    8 oz. can pineapple slices
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    garlic
    12 oz. lean, boneless meat, cooked and cut in 1-inch bites (ham, pork, chicken)
    1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch chunks
    1 red pepper, cut in 1-inch chunks
Preparation
    Cook carrots, covered, in boiling water for 8 minutes; drain. Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
    Cut slices in quarters and set aside.
