Marilyn Rouse'S Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. + 1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar in bowl.
    Cut in Crisco.
    Add 2 packages of yeast to warm water, then add beaten egg to yeast water.
    Mix wet and dry ingredients until well blended.
    Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full and bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 18 to 20 rolls.
    Serve warm.
