Hot Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 to 2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 oz. jalapeno peppers, pureed
4 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
taco chips
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning mix and refried beans and mix thoroughly.
Spread mixture in deep 3-quart casserole.
Layer remaining ingredients (omitting taco chips) in order listed.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until hot and bubbly. Serve with taco chips.
