Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 large carrot, grated
    2 tsp. pimento, chopped
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine
    8 oz. bag seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Boil, drain and cool squash.
    Add carrot, pimento, soup and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
