Spiced Orange Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cranberries (12 oz. fresh or frozen)
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar (less, if desired)
1 orange with peel
1/2 lemon with peel
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. each ground cinnamon, ground cloves and nutmeg
red food coloring (enough to make dark red in color)
Preparation

Wash and stem cranberries.
Use blender to liquify oranges and lemon, which has been seeded.
Put cranberries, orange, lemon and water in heavy pot.
Bring to a boil and cook until cranberries begin to pop, stirring constantly.
Add sugar and spices; bring back to a boil, stirring constantly.
Jar and seal.
