Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can asparagus
    1 can string beans
    1 can English peas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water chestnuts
    1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. butter
    3 slices dried white bread
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Drain vegetables.
    Grease casserole with butter.
    Place a layer of asparagus, layer of beans, layer of peas and sliced water chestnuts.
    Pour undiluted cream of mushroom soup over vegetables. Spread mushrooms over soup.
    Grate cheese and place over everything.
    Melt butter and toss bread crumbs in it.
    Spread over cheese.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until crust browns.
