Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large potatoes, peeled and grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. melted fat
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Strain or squeeze grated potatoes in cheesecloth to remove excess water.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir in melted fat and then stir in flour.
