Cracker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 to 32 crackers, crumbled
    2 c. sugar
    nuts, chopped
    6 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
    Fold beaten egg whites into cracker mixture. Place in cake pan.
    Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
